French Ski Demo Manager & Pro Sales Co-ordinator

This role is split between the Product, Sales and Fan & Partner Success teams. Your primary role is to create and manage a professional industry sales programme and manage all demo fleets and demos within the French speaking market in Europe.

You should have a good knowledge of the ski industry within Europe, especially France.  You will be creating a Pro sales program from scratch, enticing France's most influential Pros and driving sales through them.  You will also be prospecting for customers and pro reps by getting in contact with ski schools, patrollers, guides & resorts.  The key skills required are organisation, planning and an outgoing personality.  You will work with ecommerce to track sales by region and use this data to track success.

You will also be responsible for our French demo fleets.  You will start by deciding what each fleet should look like (models, sizes and quantities), ordering them and making sure they are tuned correctly.  You will also map out and plan all demos throughout Europe, making sure we have the required skis, logistics and team members in place to give all our Fans and Partners the best skis and experience possible at every test.

This role will be quite hands on, you will need to travel to demos, mount bindings if required and also do any last minute tuning.  You should have in depth technical knowledge of ski construction and tuning, and be enthusiastic about sharing this knowledge with Pros, Fans and Partners.


  • Fluent in French and English (German would be a major plus)
  • 1+ years ski industry experience (either in retail or in a workshop)
  • A passion and enthusiasm for skis
  • Clean drivers license
  • Happy to be on the road (you will not be required to go to all demos, but probably at least 10 per season)
  • Happy using excel skills
  • A ‘startup’ mentality – things get done because we make them happen
  • Excited to use all our product, so you can advise our Pro reps and Fans and Partners at ski tests
