Terms and Conditions

This competition (the “Competition”) is open to anyone aged 18 or over to residents within Europe, Switzerland or the UK. The Competition is organised by The Faction Collective SA (the “Organiser”)
You (the “Entrant”) may enter the Competition by submitting your full name, email and language. (“Registering”) on the competition form provided.
The Prize consists of one pair of unmounted Limited edition 2021 Faction Prodigy 3.0s and shipping to an address in Europe.
The Prize cannot be transferred to anyone else and cannot be redeemed for cash value or an alternative ski.
Privacy for all Entrants is very important to us. No details submitted through Registration for the Competition will be shared with any 3rd parties. More information on our privacy policy can be found in the footer below. The Entrants agree that the Organisers will email them information on Competition updates. Entrants may easily unsubscribe from these emails at any point they choose.
Entry to the Competition closes on the 28th of February 2020, the winner will be announced on or before the 4th of March 2020. The Winner must respond and accept the Prize within 5 calendar days from the date the Winner is announced. Failing this, the Organisers’ may draw another Winner from the Competition.
All Entrants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions by Registering for the Competition.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
