FPS and ecommerce Intern - London, UK

As part of a small team that distributes skis to stores in over 30 countries, the intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, international environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Sales, Support, and Ecommerce. We are offering a young and exciting environment to work in, with all the challenges of a growing business in sporting goods.

The internship is full time running between 6 months and a year in length, starting late May/ early June and will be based in our London (Shoreditch) office.

The role is split into 2 sections that are closely related, Fan and Partner Success (FPS), and ecommerce support.  

You will be helping Faction to deliver the world’s best Customer Support by working with the Fan & Partner Success Manager.  Manning the frontline, taking emails and live chat messages to ensure all our Fans’ and Partners’ queries are resolved quickly and efficiently, you will also have the chance to analyse and improve our FPS processes and make changes that touch all parts of Faction.

The other part of the internship is ecommerce related, helping with the day to day running of Faction’s ecommerce site, from planning to merchandising to suggesting improvements (especially related to your interactions with our Fans and Partners).


  • Fluent in French and English (German would be a plus)
  • Working toward a university degree
  • Comfortable using new technologies & software
  • Basic excel skills (you should know what lookups and pivot tables are)
  • A ‘startup’ mentality – things get done because we make them happen
  • Experience with Zendesk, or similar customer success software would be a plus
  • Most important is an enthusiastic and curious attitude
  • You live to ski


You will receive one full Faction set-up, plus a monthly contribution to living costs, for year long internships we also try and get you out to our HQ in Verbier for some skiing.
