Terms and Conditions

  1. This competition (the “Prize Draw”) is open to anyone aged 16 or over residing within the EU, Switzerland, Japan, Canada, the UK, Norway or the US. The Competition is organised by The Faction Collective SA (“Faction”).
  2. You (the “Entrant”) may enter the Prize Draw by subscribing to The Faction Collective Newsletter.
  3. Subscription may be achieved via:
    1. Faction Website Competition Page: https://www.factionskis.com/win-skis-for-life
    2. Facebook form labelled "Win Skis For Life"
  4. To qualify, the Entrant may be an existing subscriber or a new subscriber, but must have filled out one of the forms listed at 3.
  5. Entrant must be subscribed to the Faction Collective Newsletter by Thursday December 2, 23:00 CET.
  6. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
  7. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact info@factionskis.com
  8. Faction reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  9. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  10. In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Faction may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw or competition.
  11. Faction reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw or competition.
  12. 2 winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process. (2x winners).
  13. The 2 winners will each receive a subscription for 10 pairs of Faction Skis of their choice, valid for 20 years from the date of notification. The following conditions apply:
    1. The winner may claim a maximum of 1 pair of skis, every 2 years
    2. The winner may claim a maximum of 10 pairs of skis over the 20 year subscription duration
    3. The subscription expires 20 years after the date of the winner being notified, regardless of how many pairs of skis they have claimed up to this date.
  14. The winners will be notified by email in December and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Faction within 3 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Faction will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  15. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Faction reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Faction’s control make it necessary to do so, such as stock availability.
  16. The decision of Faction regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  17. Faction reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  18. Insofar as is permitted by law, Faction, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Faction, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
  19. Faction is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Faction’s Privacy Policy which is available on our website.
  20. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by Faction or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.
  21. All our prize draws and competitions will be governed by Swiss law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
  22. Faction reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
